This past weekend I hosted the second annual Urban Pastures Holiday Art Show. It was a big success and many people braved the cold and 15 degree temperatures to view my art. That is real dedication and support. Thank you everyone!
This years featured Christmas ornament was the mixed media angel ornaments made of copper wood, acrylic and paper collage. Below are some photos of my Studio/Gallery. As you can see red was the color of the day and I must admit my studio never looked so clean.
Still available for purchase are two of the embossed aluminum trees. The color in both of these are deep and rich highlighting the aluminum tree. Shipping is free for these within in the United States. If you are outside the country please email me for a shipping price. MLWhiteNj@aol.com. You can purchase them by clicking the tab Embossed Aluminum For Purchase.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by my studio on Sunday and to those of you online who have supported the arts this holiday season.

Maureen, love your apartment and love the way you've shown your art for the art party! Sure feels warm inside even if it was 15 degrees outside. So happy you had a large turnout! Warm regards, George
ReplyDeleteMaureen, the angels just arrived and they are exquisite. Seeing how beautiful they look hanging from your mantle in the photo above makes me want to keep them to decorate my own mantle. *sigh* but I know that the folks who receive each one as a Christmas gift will appreciate it (and I of course will keep one as a gift to myself). Thanks for always making my gift shopping so easy :)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
Melissa, I am so glad they arrived in time for your gift giving tomorrow. You are such a faithful patron and I am blessed as well. Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteGorge thanks for your kind words, they always mean a lot. My house is not as grand as your home in Mobile but it was a nice day and setting for all who came. I just wish you had been here to enjoy
Looks FANTASTIC, Maureen!!! LOVE your 2011 ANGELS!!
